About

Hi, I’m Lee, and I switched to a Mac in 2007. I was about to start work at a web dev/design/seo shop which used Apple computers exclusively and I decided to purchase a Mac to become familiar with the machine. I’m so glad I switched. I ordered my Mac via Ebay, and remember the day it was delivered like it was yesterday. See below for the original box (this was the day it was delivered).

The box my MacBook Pro came in

I’ve been accused of being a Mac fanboy, and that is an accusation I can’t deny. First and foremost though, I’m a fan of efficient computing, and having used PCs and Macs, I find the latter to be a far more efficient and enjoyable experience.

I remember what it was like making the switch and originally I was a little overwhelmed. Fortunately I had a little advice from friends who were Mac users, and that made the transition a little easier. It’s my aim with this blog to highlight some of the software I’ve used, some of the software I currently use, and highlight the best Mac software that I think other users should know about.

Experienced Mac users will already know about some of the software I blog about, and your opinion is valued, please leave it in the comments.
